If the purchaser is present at the Tasting Room, August Hill Winery can ship to the above states as well as the following states*:
Arizona, Delaware, Georgia, Kansas, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and South Dakota

Special Delivery Notice:
Deliveries will not be delivered under the following circumstances
- The recipient is not 21 years of age or older. The recipient has to be 21 years or older and must have an acceptable form of identification (i.e. Driver’s license, passport)
- The recipient shows signs of intoxication
UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the wine. If they are unable to make the delivery after the third try, the order is subject to a second shipping charge.
